Work can be commissioned, from small to large, indoor and outdoor.

Recently delivered was a commission for two life size fallow deer. These were made in fibre glass and finished in high fired ceramic dust. The original modelling was done in clay over a wire armature.

The last year has largely been devoted to the restoration of a derelict stone cottage on Heron Farm. Berni has designed and installed large scale mosaic and low relief panels on the walls and floors. Many of the kitchen tiles were handmade and glazed to get the desired range of colour and texture.

Berni also teaches, working with children and adults, and students with special needs. She runs classes in Ceramics, Sculpture and Mosaic from her Coney Island Design Workshop. She also works in collaboration with schools and community groups to produce permanent artworks.

'One Tree Cottage' is a NITB registered self catering cottage on Heron Farm, and you can stay there and take part in workshops run by Berni.
